100 Hops

Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the 100 Hops website at 100hops.com, the 100 Hops iOS app, and related support communications operated by Really Nice. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, how long we keep it, and what choices you may have.

If we add new features, analytics, advertising, accounts, or third-party services, we may update this Privacy Policy to reflect those changes.

1. Scope and controller

Really Nice is the operator of 100 Hops for purposes of this Privacy Policy. This policy applies only to information collected through the website, the app, and direct communications with us that reference this policy.

This policy does not apply to third-party services, websites, software, or platforms that may link to, distribute, host, or support 100 Hops, including Apple and the App Store. Those parties may collect or process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information we reasonably need to operate, secure, and support 100 Hops.

  • Information you provide directly. If you contact us by email or otherwise send us a message, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include.
  • Technical and usage information. Our hosting providers, security tools, and platform partners may automatically receive limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, request timestamps, crash data, basic diagnostic or server log information, and app analytics events when you use the website or app.
  • Pseudonymous player and analytics identifiers. The app generates and stores a pseudonymous in-app player ID that we use to understand gameplay, continue-flow, shop, ad, and purchase behavior. This identifier is not your real name, email address, or payment information, but it may still be treated as personal data under some laws because it can persist over time.
  • Purchase and transaction information. If you make an in-app purchase, Apple processes the payment transaction. We do not receive your full payment card number. We may receive limited purchase, entitlement, or receipt data needed to validate a transaction, prevent fraud, restore purchases, analyze monetization performance, or provide support.
  • Information we do not intentionally request. We do not ask for government-issued ID numbers, precise geolocation, biometric information, or full payment card details through the website.

3. How we use information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the website and the game.
  • Measure gameplay, continue-flow, shop, and purchase funnels inside the app.
  • Provide customer support and respond to messages or requests you send us.
  • Monitor reliability, fix bugs, and investigate abuse, fraud, or security issues.
  • Validate purchases, entitlement access, refunds, or restore requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, policies, and rights.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws, we process personal information on one or more of the following legal bases: our legitimate interests in operating and securing 100 Hops, performance of a contract with you, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or unrelated third-party marketing.

We may share limited information in the following situations:

  • With service providers that host, secure, process, deliver, or support the website or app, subject to appropriate confidentiality or processing terms.
  • With Apple and other platform providers that process purchases or app delivery.
  • With analytics and subscription infrastructure providers that process pseudonymous app analytics, purchase, and entitlement data on our behalf.
  • If required by law, legal process, court order, subpoena, or a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the integrity of 100 Hops.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections.

6. Service providers and platform partners

We may use vendors and infrastructure providers to host the website, deliver the app, process purchases, monitor reliability, or support customer service. Depending on the configuration of 100 Hops over time, those providers may process technical logs, purchase receipts, crash information, or support communications on our behalf.

We currently use PostHog for first-party product analytics and RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement infrastructure. These providers may process pseudonymous player identifiers, gameplay analytics, purchase context, receipt or entitlement metadata, and related operational events on our behalf.

We also use Meta's app events SDK for mobile ad attribution and performance measurement. Depending on your App Tracking Transparency choice, Meta and RevenueCat may process pseudonymous device identifiers, advertising identifiers, attribution identifiers, app activation signals, and related conversion metadata to help us measure ad campaign effectiveness.

Apple independently processes information related to App Store downloads, device permissions, in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and payment processing. We encourage you to review Apple's privacy materials separately.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide support, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of internet transmission, electronic storage, or security control is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

100 Hops is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to review and, where appropriate, delete it.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, email us at privacy@reallynice.company.

Residents of certain jurisdictions, including California, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom, may have additional rights under applicable law. We may need to verify your request and may retain certain information where permitted or required by law.

12. Cookies, logs, and similar technologies

The website and our infrastructure providers may use server logs, caching, load-balancing, security protections, or similar technical mechanisms to make the site function, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

The app may also collect first-party analytics events tied to a pseudonymous player ID so we can understand gameplay, continue-flow, shop, ad, and purchase behavior. We use App Tracking Transparency for ad-related tracking choices, but this first-party product analytics processing is separate from IDFA-based advertising tracking.

If you allow tracking on iOS, the app may also refresh advertising-related device identifiers and share them through RevenueCat and Meta for attribution and ad conversion measurement. If you do not allow tracking, we still may use more limited attribution signals permitted by platform rules and our service-provider settings.

The website does not currently respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is not a single industry standard for doing so.

13. Third-party services

Apple, the App Store, and other third-party platforms may collect information under their own privacy policies when you download, purchase, or use the game through their services. We encourage you to review those policies separately before using those services.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of 100 Hops after an updated policy becomes effective is subject to the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
